The acquisition establishes a permanent North American presence for Ambipar Response's emergency services.

Allied International Emergency will operate under the Ambipar Response brand, which is part of the company's Emergency Services business unit. Ambipar Response is a worldwide commercial response organization specializing in environmental services and technologies.
